| MINUTES FROM
05/23/07 The Deputy Grand Knight led the Council in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and "The Our Father". The roll of officers was called. The following officers were present; The Grand Knight, The Treasurer, The Chancellor, two Trustees and the District Grand Knight. A total of 11 members were present. From the Grand Knight: 1. Many people enjoyed the change of menu at the last knights breakfast. |

| 2. We received a letter from the
Supreme Deputy for support of the Vitae Society which is active in slowing abortion activities. Rosary rings would be sold to support the effort. | ||
| 3. There will be a golf tournament in Kansas City | ||
| 4. There will be a horseshoe tournament 8/18-19 | ||
| 5. K. C. Council # 1075 will have a golf tournament June 16th in Monett | ||
| 6. There will be a District Deputy meeting July 28th @ Immaculate Conception in Springfield. | ||
| 7. The Contest for Concern Award from state was discussed. | ||

Secretaries Reports:
Indicated a positive state of the finances of the Council. | ||

Unfinished and New Business: 1. Sister Doris asked the knights for lawn hoses and a lawnmower for the Kitchen's property. | ||
| 2. The parish is looking for people
and groups to do setups and cleanups and is willing to pay for this activity. | ||
| 3. John Wooldridge made a
motion to donate monies to Greenburgh Kansas. Ryan Neil seconded the motion. A discussion followed and all agreed to give $100. | ||
| 4. There was a discussion about and
an agreement about tabling a donation to the Vitae Society and to do more for the Voice for Life activities with Rosie San Paulo. | ||
| 5. Randy Friga made a motion to
order 500 rosary rings @ 15 cents each and distribute them at the Sunday Masses on July 29th.. John Wooldridge seconded the motion and all agreed. | ||
| 6. There will be the Installation
of the new council officers after the July 29th mass. | 7. Leroy Matthews
voted in as a new member 8. The council discussed the next barbecue decided to have it on June 24th. 9. Randy Friga made a motion to give $100 to Council 698 to offset costs for the concessions they bought for the Cardinal game. Mark Merz seconded the motion, and it was voted in.
