The Grand Knight led the Council in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and a prayer.  The roll
       of officers was called.  All officers were present except the Chaplin, the outside guard, warden and
       the lecturer.  It was mentioned that the lecturer transferred  to another local Council.

   From the Grand Knight:

       1. All involved in the knight's fish fry on 3/02 should get there by 3:30 pm and will work until
           7:00pm or just before the stations of the cross begin.

       2. On the fish fry menu will be baked and fried fish, hush puppies, cookies, macaroni and cheese
            and cole slaw.
       3. The next knight's fish fry at St. Agnes will be at the same time above on 03/16/07.
       4. We will meet after this council meeting to run through the specifics for both fish fries.
       5. We will meet this Saturday for clean up participation involving the ice storm.
       6. We will celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Knight's of Columbus with a rosary meeting.

       7. The Knights will get together in St. Louis for the Cardinal game.  See below
       8. There was an excellent turnout for the Council's last breakfast.
       9. Lewis Crook's transfer to our Council from Kimberling City was OK'ed

     From the Chaplin:

        No report

      Treasurer's and Financial Secretaries Reports:

          1. Indicated a positive state of the finances of the Council.              

          2. A motion was made to voluntarily contribute more to Supreme so our Council would be
               recognized at the National Convention.  The motion passed unanimously.

   Unfinished and New Business:

       1. Some Christmas lights still needed to be taken down.

       2. Ryan Neill collected names on a form to help on the Adopt-a-Street Program.   The street
           on this program is Grand Street from Kansas Expressway to Broadway.
       3. The recorder moved for a discussion and action on the length of time past activities of the
           Council should be listed on the web page and minutes.  The result from the discussion was
           voted on after a motion was made to include activities for one whole year from the past. 
           The motion carried.
       4. The recorder also moved for a discussion on what should be done concerning the Council's
            envelopes and letter head stationary.  After some discussion, there was a motion to contact
            Supreme and try to get our personalized envelopes and stationary from them.  The motion 
       5.  We should pray for people as specified by various Council members.      

  From the Insurance Agent:

           No report.

    From the District Deputy:  
        1.  The Council needs to think about the election of new officers. which needs to be done in May.
        2.  Also, he mentioned various future activities which are included below.
        3.  We also need to get all the appropriate forms into Supreme.
        4.  We need to develop another 2nd degree team.

     Special Visitor: 

         Mr. Tomas Edgeller, from the Recruitment Center of the Missouri State Council from Kansas
         City emphasized membership and that our Council should support other Council's activities.
